How long have you been in business?
I have been in the retail bakery business going on 18 years. I have since left to start my own wedding cake boutique.
How many years of wedding experience do you have?
I have been developing wedding programs for existing retail bakeries for 18 years. I really missed getting to know brides and making their dreams come true. So many establishments only look at their bottom line and not the true requests of a bride. I found this very disheartening and decided to go on my own.

Yes. We are currently using a catering facility for all cake preparation and completion.
Do you belong to any National or Local professional associations?
Yes, I am a member of The International Cake Exploration Societe. It is a wonderful source for decorators across the world.
How far in advance should I book your bakery?
Some brides will book up to a year ahead.
Others will book a couple months ahead. It is always best to
schedule with us as early as possible.
How do you coordinate with the other wedding services?
We work together with many vendors often and
know the times and hall the cake is being delivered to.

Crème de la Crème offers a menu of cake flavor combinations. All of them are available for a cake tasting at no extra charge.

We have cakes featured in galleries on this website and on todaysbrideonline.com. We also have cakes featured at three bridal shows in January and October.
Do you have set styles to choose from or do you customize?
Most of what we do is customized to fit what a bride is looking for. There are however, many sources for great looking cakes. We encourage brides to bring us pictures if they do not already have in mind what they would like.
How far in advance are the cakes prepared?
Cakes are baked, assembled, and decorated the week of the wedding.
How many cakes do you prepare in a weekend?
Depending on the intricate nature of the designs and the number of servings, we will average 2-3 weddings a weekend.
Can you match the color of the cake to a color swatch?
Often times brides do bring in sample colors of what they are looking for. This is the best way to ensure you will get the colors you truly want.
